3. Payments & Payment Processors

All payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (for example UPI, Google Pay, Razorpay, Paytm, or banks). We do not store full card details or UPI PINs on our servers. By making a payment you authorize the payment processor to charge your chosen payment method.

4. Fees & Taxes

Prices shown on the Website exclude applicable taxes and gateway charges unless stated otherwise. Any convenience fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the payer unless specified.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website is owned or licensed by us. You may not copy or reuse content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with the Website is limited to the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

All payments made through https://eonlink.in are final and non-refundable once successfully processed. Please ensure you verify all details before making a payment.

2. When refunds may be considered

• Duplicate payment due to system or gateway error.
• Payment received but service not delivered due to our fault.

3. Refund procedure

To request a refund in the exceptional cases above, contact us at connect@eonlink.in with proof of payment (transaction ID, date, amount) and a description of the issue. Eligible refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days after verification and returned to the original payment method. The time taken by banks/UPI to credit the refund may vary.
